PROGRAM ALERT: Due to limited funding, impacted federal/state/city funding, and record demand online enrollment is currently not available for the Peninsula region of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, and Yorktown). Alternative registration options are available in the form below.
Our Isle of Wight, Middle Peninsula, and Greater Williamsburg regions can still register online due to privately secured funding for those regions.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your registration to be processed and approved. Once approved, your first book will arrive in approximately 8-12 weeks. Books will continue to arrive monthly until your child’s fifth birthday.
